Job summary

Global Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker based just outside Glasgow.

You will work with stainless steel and sheet metal, reading engineering drawings and using press brake and guillotine. The role offers up to £21 per hour, enhanced overtime and many hours, with potential progression to permanent.

Qualifications

• Experienced in stainless steel fabrication.
• Proficient with sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Stainless Steel Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker

Global Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Stainless Steel Fabricators / Sheet Metal Workers for an established company based just outside Glasgow.

Our client works across a variety of industries, with a strong specialism in the food industry, producing high-quality stainless steel fabrication and sheet metalwork.

The Role

We are looking for experienced fabricators who are confident working with stainless steel and sheet metal and can hit the ground running.

We require experience using:

• Press Brake / Brake Press
• Guillotine
• Stainless steel fabrication
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• General workshop fabrication

Experience within the food manufacturing/food processing industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay & Hours

• Up to £21.00 per hour
• Enhanced overtime rates
• CIS or Umbrella PAYE
• Excellent opportunity for lots of hours
• 7 days' work available
• The more hours/days you are available to work, the better
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right candidates
