Qualifications

• Proven experience as a steel erector on commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and site plans.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices and regulations.
• Capability to coordinate with site supervisors, crane operators and teams.
• Physically fit with manual handling duties and working at height.

Responsibilities

• Erect structural steel frames, beams, columns and associated components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and site plans.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, crane operators and fabrication teams.
• Install bolted connections, bracing and secondary steelwork.
• Operate lifting equipment and tools safely while maintaining safety standards.
