Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Maintenance Operative for Luton Parkway Station. This permanent role runs 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, at £28,080 per annum. You will react quickly to maintenance needs for the GTR Operations Management Team at Luton Airport Parkway.

Key duties include hedge trimming, lawn and weed control, signage maintenance, and keeping sites clean and debris-free across multiple locations. A petrol-driven work ethic and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hedges through trimming.
• Trim grassed areas / weeding / leaf clearance.
• Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works.
• Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter.
• Maintain the grounds and vegetation within car parks and grounds quickly.
• Travel to different sites to ensure they are clear and debris-free.
