Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Statics Trails Manager to lead a team of SQEPs and SMEs in delivering OME trials for Defence customers at the Shoeburyness site. You will develop risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work, identify hazards, and implement controls to meet safety and customer requirements.

You will work 37 hours per week, on-site, with travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites as needed. The role involves HAM, deviations, waivers and change control to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in the handing and functioning of OME.
• Experience delivering OME trials and safe activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQEPs and SMEs to deliver safe OME trials.
• Produce risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Present Safe Systems of Work at reviews and brief trial activities.
• Supervise trial activities to ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work and range procedures.
• Manage changes through HAM, Deviations, Waivers and Change Control.
