Job description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Birmingham City Centre Office Block
Salary: up to £36,000 basic
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Are you a Birmingham-based Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a role close to home, covering only 2 sites near each other?

The largest FM company in the UK is seeking an on-site Maintenance Engineer to be based at a corporate office just outside Snow Hill Train Station.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs for the site's M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, LV Electrical Distribution, and Switch Gear).
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Ensure PPMs are performed according to schedules.
