Job summary

JLL is seeking a Static Maintenance Engineer for Vodafone's Newbury facility to deliver reactive and planned maintenance across building services. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.

You will execute PPMe schedules, update CAFM work orders, and produce technical reports while coordinating with Vodafone stakeholders. On-call rotation and on-site duties are required to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Proven electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in facilities management.
• Experience with testing and certification of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive maintenance and repair services across Vodafone Newbury facility.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance schedules including electrical and safety tests.
• Perform building services maintenance including electrical, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct basic fabric maintenance tasks to support operations.
