Job summary

Randstad CPE are recruiting for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to deliver multi-skilled FM tasks across site assets and facilities. You'll perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor improvements within your area of responsibility.

A recognised trade qualification is required, plus proven building fabric/FM experience; UK driving licence and the ability to gain UK security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent apprenticeship)
• Proven experience in multi-skilled building fabric and FM maintenance
• Basic working knowledge of minor plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate (desirable)
• Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
• Full, valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-skilled PPM work and routine checks across site assets and facilities within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out reactive repairs, general site maintenance, asset replacement, and minor improvement works.
• Complete cross-trade tasks outside core disciplines, including minor plumbing, joinery, building works, and drainage leaks.
• Assist with grounds work and general fabric maintenance to keep site operations running safely and efficiently

• £38,000 - £42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
• 33 days annual leave
• Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
