Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited are recruiting a Static AC Engineer for a leading FM service provider on a commercial site in Bedford, Bedfordshire. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

The role is Monday to Friday (08:30–16:45), with a salary up to £42,000 per annum plus overtime opportunities and an excellent benefits package including free parking and pension.

Qualifications

Relevant air conditioning qualification (City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent).
Proven experience as AC Engineer in commercial buildings.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning maintenance, fault-finding and repairs.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site's air conditioning systems.
Diagnose faults and repair AC units and related plant/equipment.
Maintain records and ensure tasks meet timeframes and standards.
Identify potential faults and propose improvements for performance and reliability.
Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
