Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking a experienced Static AC Engineer for a premium Marylebone site in London. The role covers PPM, reactive maintenance and servicing across commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on AHUs and VRF/VRV systems.

You will liaise with clients and site teams to deliver reliable, compliant cooling performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime opportunities and a pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Valid F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Experience with AHUs maintenance and fault-finding.
• Experience maintaining VRF/VRV, split AC and FCUs.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a professional client-facing approach.
• Ability to work independently on a static site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.

Salary: Up to £46,000 + Overtime | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Are you an experienced Static AC Engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role in a premium site in Marylebone?

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team on a static site, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general servicing across a range of commercial HVAC systems.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who takes pride in their work, enjoys dealing with clients and wants to develop their technical skills with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Maintain and service AHUs (Air Handling Units), with strong AHU competency being essential.
• Undertake maintenance and fault-finding on VRF/VRV systems, split systems and FCUs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
• Complete maintenance reports, job sheets and compliance documentation accurately.
• Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in overtime opportunities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

• Good practical experience with AHUs, including maintenance and fault-finding.
• Experience maintaining VRF/VRV systems, split AC units and fan coil units (FCUs).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively on a static site.
