Vincere is seeking a Static Engineer for an Air Conditioning role in Milton Keynes (MK9). This permanent full-time position offers a base salary of £44,000 plus a benefits package and a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring safety and compliance across the site. You’ll work with subcontractors, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement while prioritising a reliable and efficient operation for the Milton Keynes

Qualificações

• HVAC qualification and F Gas certification are required.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Good IT skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Support the engineering team to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
• Monitor and interact with the Building Management System (BMS).
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Promote and follow best engineering and maintenance practices.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, policies and procedures.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Take a proactive approach to fault finding and problem solving.
• Review permits to work and ensure safe working practices.
• Maintain understanding of site emergency procedures.

Static Engineer - Air Conditioning

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a static engineer to join the teams

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, supporting the wider engineering team, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.

You’ll also work closely with subcontractors, contribute to continuous improvement, and help maintain a reliable and efficient working environment across the Milton Keynes site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Support the engineering team in delivering a high-quality maintenance service.
• Monitor and interact with the Building Management System (BMS).
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Promote and follow best engineering and maintenance practices.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Take a proactive approach to fault finding and problem solving.
• Review permits to work and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of site emergency procedures.

Person:

• You must be hvac qualified and hold F Gas
• You will have experience carrying out maintenance, ppm and reactive maintenance works
• You will ideally have good general knowledge of all round m&e fm maintenance
• You will live locally and happy to commute to site daily
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be happy with a role working monday - friday 40 hours

Package:

• Base salary £44000
