A Typical Day as a Supervisor

• Supervise, delegate tasks, motivate colleagues, assist with training and development
• Promote a welcoming environment, ensure excellent customer service, and up-sell products
• Assist with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies
• Maintain a clean, vibrant store environment and be friendly and approachable
• Lead by example, ensure uniform adherence, and provide cover during busy periods or absences
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages according to standards
