Job Title: Supervisor, Customer Success Team

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and manage a team of analysts handling high-value customer relationships.
  • Ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience through stakeholder management, task prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve critical customer issues.
  • Investigate and address root causes of customer problems.
  • Advocate for customers internally to drive impactful changes.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to align on solutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Customer Experience organization for specific accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer needs to enhance trust and simplify their experience.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional Coinbase features and services.
  • Occasionally travel for training new analysts and vendor agents.
Requirements:
  • Passionate and skilled leader with team management experience.
  • Driven by Coinbase’s mission and customer-centric approach.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise customer or account management roles.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain, staking, crypto, and related infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across departments and stakeholders.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills in German or French are a plus.
Preferred:
  • Advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency and Coinbase products.
  • Higher education in business, finance, or related fields.
  • Experience managing international teams.

Compensation:

Target annual salary: £52,920—£58,800 GBP, plus bonus, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
