Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our welcoming Starbucks Store! As a second in command, you will lead, inspire, and motivate the team, managing the store in the absence of the Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role may require late-night working and store closing, and candidates must be 18 years or over.
