Job Opportunity: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Join our welcoming Starbucks store as a Shift Supervisor! Lead, inspire, and motivate a team in a dynamic environment. As a second-in-command, you'll manage the store in the Manager's absence, promote sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and engage in store operations like beverage making and cleanliness.

Details:

• Hourly Rate: £12.25
• Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive
• Company: EG Group

Note: As this is a food establishment, there may be potential exposure to allergens.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing; candidates must be 18 or over.
