Job summary

itsu is seeking a full-time Team Member for an airport store, with night shifts starting between 12am and 3am. You will cut fresh fish, roll maki, and cook with care while delivering excellent customer service.

No experience is required as training is provided in-store, via our app and Academy courses to build confidence and skills. This is a great path to grow within itsu.

This vacancy is for a full-time [Up to 45 hours per week], night shifts position, based in our back of house/kitchen. Our night shifts start between 12am-3am, and we currently require flexibility for this throughout the week.

In order to work in the airport, you will be required to go through 5-year background checks including; providing referee information for all employment, education, and gaps [unemployment] periods, criminal record checks [UK and Overseas, if living outside of the UK within the past 5 years].

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.80 per hour, including an hourly bonus* and NO zero hours contracts!

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.

*we pay our bonus after your initial training!
