Job summary

WPS is seeking a Standards Advisor to maintain and improve our management systems, quality standards, and operational excellence across projects and our supply chain. You will drive best practice, support compliance, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

You will coach teams, conduct internal audits, produce audit reports, and support external certification, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the business.

Qualifications

  • Quality Practitioner (PCQI).
  • IRCA Internal Auditor training or equivalent auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Experience carrying out audits, compliance reviews, or quality assurance activities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and positively influence others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As a Standards Advisor, you'll:

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines strong quality and compliance knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Essential
  • Quality Practitioner (PCQI)
  • IRCA Internal Auditor training or equivalent auditing experience
