Forza Foods is seeking a Stand in Labour Coordinator to join the onsite Labour Team. The role involves planning, scheduling and coordinating workers to meet production needs across rotating shifts.

The position is site-based at Normanton, permanent, with responsibilities spanning shift start support, payroll hours, leave processing, and additional duties as required by management.

About The Role

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Stand in Labour Coordinator to become a vital part of our onsite Labour Team at Forza Foods. If you are passionate and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm

Location: Forza Foods, Normanton - Site based role

Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company’s labour requirements and needs are fulfilled and colleagues booked as required


• Ensure factory management are supported at the start of shift in ensuring colleagues are in the correct areas


• Assist in processing weekly payroll hours


• Process annual leave for operatives whilst ensuring production requirements for staff are also met


• Any other duties as requested by management
