Job summary

IPL Inchture is recruiting a Production Operative for our onsite potato site. You will join a dynamic production team and work on rotating night shifts 8pm–6:30am Monday to Thursday. The role requires experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, good practical skills, and the ability to work quickly and as part of a team.

You will follow instructions, stay focused on repetitive tasks, and uphold health and safety policies. Entry-level English is acceptable.

About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at IPL Inchture!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Potato site in Inchture. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, Rotating Nights Shifts 8pm - 6:30am
• Location: IPL, Inchture - Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential, specifically within a manufacturing/pack house/produce background is desirable.
• You should have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically and within a team whilst have the ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks and follow instructions.
• With a 'Can do' attitude and proactive approach, you should have an understanding of health and safety policies in the work place and entry level in both written and spoken English.
