Job summary

IPL, Forza & Kober operates an onsite training role at Forza Foods' Normanton site, focusing on induction and ongoing training across food safety, operations and compliance. The successful candidate will support and mentor staff, ensure effective training delivery and keep the training matrix up to date.

Role is permanent, onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30am–2:30pm). Opportunity for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package is highlighted in the advert.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of training best practices and onboarding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Induction and refresh training on food safety and health & safety.
• Complete mandatory training modules for site and legal requirements.
• Deliver operational training and evaluate performance via audits.
• Run shop floor management training modules.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate training requirements with management and issues.
• Mentor new colleagues and update training matrices.
• Develop site shop floor training supports.
• Plan training schedules with the training manager.

About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Training Team at Forza Foods!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role

Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
• Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
• Operational training module training
• Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
• Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
• Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
• Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
• Support and mentor new colleagues
• Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
• Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
• Plan training schedules (with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates
