Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to all correspondence.
• Support the Correspondence Manager in creating templates for responses.
• Maintain records of communications and track response times.
• Liaise with discipline leads and produce high-quality work.
• Work with the Correspondence Manager for drafts' reviews and approvals.

Proven experience in correspondence and customer service
