You’ll set technical direction, architect production systems end-to-end, mentor teams, and push quality. Compensation totals up to £200k+ with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• Staff level experience or clearly ready for the step up.
• Depth in a core stack with the range to move across the whole system.
• Architectural judgement paired with a bias for shipping.
