Dex is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Ship Inside Customers) to own deployments inside hospitals, banks and Fortune 100s. Compensation up to $250k+ / £200k+ plus equity.

You’ll sit where the product meets the customer, turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems into production-ready systems. You’ll work hands-on across the stack, directly with clients in London and beyond, presenting solutions, shaping the product, and moving fast in a high-impact role.

Salary: Total compensation up to $250,000+ / £200,000+ plus equity

You could work on

• Owning proof-of-concept through to production inside customer environments
• Turning ambiguous customer needs into shipped technical solutions
• Working hands-on across the stack, directly alongside customers
• Feeding what you learn in the field back into the core product

You may have

• Strong engineering fundamentals and genuine ease in front of customers
• A record of delivering real-world value under ambiguity
• The instinct to own an outcome end-to-end and move fast doing it
• Backend and API depth — the specific stack varies by company
