Dex in London and remote across the UK/Europe is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to tackle high-impact problems at scale. The role blends hands-on shipping with architectural leadership, reporting directly to founders and collaborating with product and design to shape the next wave of products.

You’ll set technical direction, architect production systems end-to-end, mentor teams, and push quality. Compensation totals up to £200k+ with meaningful equity.

Compensation: Total compensation up to £200,000+ plus equity
