You will own architecture decisions, design scalable systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across backend, frontend, APIs and infrastructure. Hybrid work from London office 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Hands-on coding ability and willingness to remain involved.
• Proven track record leading major engineering projects.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and execution for major products and systems.
• Design scalable backend/frontend APIs and infra.
• Code, prototype, review, and troubleshoot in production.
• Lead architecture decisions and trade-offs.
