Flok Health is seeking driven software engineers to build user-centric, scalable consumer applications in a healthcare context. The role focuses on full-stack development with a frontend emphasis, delivering features across devices and ensuring strong user experience.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and leadership to shape the app and drive meaningful improvements for patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Building new product features (full-stack, with frontend focus).
• Designing non-functional app features (offline support, observability).
• Contributing to technical roadmap planning.
• Working with product/UX to iterate on the app design and requirements.
• Participating in bug triage/diagnosis and incident investigations.
• Improving test coverage of the app across a variety of devices.
• Making data driven decisions about app changes.
• Collaborate with engineering/UX and leadership to impact patient care.
