Healthtech-1 is hiring a product-minded Senior/Staff Software Engineer to move with extreme urgency and own end-to-end features in healthcare software. You will build across teams, directly with customers, and scale our product in a high-stakes domain from our London Stratford office.

The role demands 7+ years of experience, startup/scale-up mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality code and great user experiences. 4+ days in office, with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience at senior or lead level.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, autonomous teams.
• Strong focus on user experience, performance and simplicity.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous problems end-to-end with autonomy and impact.
• Ship high quality, scalable frontend/backend code for healthcare workflows.
• Influence product direction and collaborate across engineering, product and design.
• Identify and resolve performance and usability challenges proactively.
