Flo Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to shape the mobile experience for millions of users. You will own feature development end-to-end, focusing on speed, accessibility and privacy across global audiences.

You will work on a cross-functional team, improving a large-scale app with a strong emphasis on design, performance and reliability. A hybrid work model with in-office collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Experience building large, complex mobile apps for global audiences.
• Strong proficiency in Java with clean, maintainable code.
• Deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem and UI design patterns.
• Familiar with Google technologies, Play Store submission, and Google's guidelines.
• Experience working in Agile teams across the full mobile product lifecycle.
• Nice to have Kotlin, Clean Architecture, and reactive programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop features using modern frameworks and in-house components for a scalable codebase.
• Deliver polished, intuitive user experiences with high design and usability standards.
• Maintain and improve the continuous delivery pipeline for fast, reliable production releases.
