Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a Staff Researcher to join the Mitigation Platform squad. You will shape the foundational research platform, study internal teams and agents, and translate findings into scalable product strategy.

You'll lead cross-functional research, influence senior stakeholders, and guide how AI and LLM-powered workflows should serve agents while maintaining a human-centered approach to product development.
