Latham & Watkins is hiring a Research Services Manager – Operations for AI Platforms in London. The role leads evaluation, testing, and operational deployment of AI-based research tools, coordinating pilots, gathering feedback, and advising on adoption.

Hybrid schedule with in-office presence is possible. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), experience with AI platforms, and strong communication skills to liaise with Research Services, IT Security, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree or J.D., preferred.
• Relevant professional and cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assessment of new functionality and enhancements to AI research platforms.
• Coordinate vendor due diligence and security reviews.
• Support platform evaluation, selection, and ongoing management with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI, Research Services, and Technology teams to implement platforms.
