Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the next generation of Affirm’s Comms Platform. You will own the strategy and roadmap for critical transactional and marketing communications, partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable experiences across channels.

You will lead complex platform initiatives, build alignment across teams, decide build-versus-buy, and define meaningful success metrics to guide priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading complex platforms or products.
• Comfort partnering with Engineering on architecture and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and roadmap for Comms Plat.
• Modernize comms infrastructure and shared capabilities.
• Lead platform initiatives from strategy through launch.
• Build relationships across Affirm for communications needs.
• Shape channel, platform, and partner strategy.
• Make tradeoffs across CX, reliability, cost and speed.
• Define success metrics using customer, product and business signals.
