Staff Product Engineer: Enterprise AI & Integrations

Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to build software that makes AI agents work in production for our strategic enterprise customers. You’ll own the architecture and lead deployments across complex accounts, collaborating with a Deployment Strategist when needed.

You will mentor other engineers, drive production-quality solutions, and help expand use cases for large financial services, telecom, insurance, travel and retail clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development.
• 5+ years leading the design and architecture of large-scale production systems in customer-facing or enterprise environments.
• Experience leading agentic, spec-driven development in production.
• Mentor or tech lead experience with engineers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardest engagements and make architecture decisions spanning Parloa’s platform and customer organizations.
• Build what AMP does not cover yet—systems of record, integrations, and data readiness for production use.
• Own production quality and security—production readiness, observability, and incident playbooks for enterprise-scale traffic.
• Grow the account by expanding use cases and feed back lessons to the product roadmap.
• Mentor other Product Engineers and participate in interviewing and hiring.
• Represent Parloa with senior technical stakeholders and work with customers’ engineers and security leaders.
