Job summary

Genomics is seeking a Staff‑level data platform leader to drive Mystra analytics infrastructure and Data‑as‑a‑Service initiatives. You will guide multi‑tenant, scalable systems, mentor a small engineering team, and shape security‑first data foundations.

You will work on architectural decisions spanning database internals to data catalog and AI integration, ensuring robust, observable platforms that power agentic AI and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with large-scale OLAP systems and multi-tenant architectures.
• Proficient in building self-healing, observable data platforms and pipelines.
• Ability to productise Data‑as‑a‑Service, ensuring security and discoverability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical data platform and Data‑as‑a‑Service offering.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction for the platform.
• Develop scalable, secure data foundations and tenant isolation strategies.
• Collaborate with ML teams to support agentic AI systems.
