Genomics is a science-led TechBio company combining large-scale genetic health data with analytics to accelerate drug discovery. As Product Manager for Data and Analytics on Mystra, you will bridge ambition and delivery, turning strategic initiatives into clear epics and features that engineers and scientists can trust.

You will own the move from discovery to delivery, setting out why and what so the team starts with total clarity and continues to deliver scientifically valid, technically sound

Qualificações

• Fluency with genomic data; ability to read GWAS papers, interpret p-values and effect sizes, and understand diversity in analyses.
• Experience in product management or product ownership, with history writing strong requirements and balancing trade-offs.
• Ability to define features with clear done criteria and delegate story-level details to delivery teams.
• Decisiveness and an execution mindset to keep teams moving without bottlenecks.
• Strong written and spoken communication with engineers, scientists, designers, and product leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Break down strategic initiatives into 2–4 well-scoped epics and features with rationale.
• Create living context documents detailing user workflows, personas, edge cases, and constraints.
• Collaborate with Scientific SMEs to ensure scientific soundness and with Data Services to align ingestion and architecture.
• Work with Engineering, Design and User Research to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
• Lead delivery kick-offs and regular check-ins, making prioritisation calls to keep delivery on track.
• Spot ambiguities and feed back to leadership to sharpen future initiatives.
