Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead complex design challenges for our developer tools. You will combine product leadership with hands-on design and engineering, shaping the experience strategy and establishing a distinctive visual language.

Based in London or Stockholm, you will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing partners, turning internal tools into products customers love, and advancing design systems, accessibility and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong background in product design delivering high-quality visuals and interactions.
• Experience shaping strategy and execution with clear direction.
• Ability to build and ship UIs using a modern front-end stack.
• Understand cohesive visual experiences across product and brand.
• Experience with developer tools, enterprise software or platform products.
• Uses generative AI responsibly.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with research and data.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
