Job summary

Spotify is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead platform capabilities that empower consumer products across mobile, desktop, and devices. You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive scalable, reliable systems, measure impact, and guide strategic decisions that improve performance and user experience.

You will balance new opportunities with technical debt, use experiments and data to inform roadmaps, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience building or improving technical platforms that support consumer products.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.
• Experience guiding products beyond launch, improving adoption, managing technical debt, and supporting evolving systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to explore technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decisions that improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop shared platform capabilities that help teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across Spotify.
• Improve adoption and long-term value of platform capabilities by gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and supporting teams that use them.
• Balance new product opportunities with technical improvements, including system performance, quality, and migrations.
• Use experimentation, prototypes, technical exploration, and feedback to test ideas and learn quickly, and adapt your approach.
