About the role

• You will play an integral role in planning and delivering outstanding patient care, advocating for patients, and maintaining their dignity. You will ensure that care areas are safe, suitable, and effectively managed.
• Deliver high standards of evidence-based care, maintain safe custody of medications and controlled drugs.
• Assist with post-operative patient care, accurately record data on Compucare, Endobase, and other documentation. Contribute to budget management and ward audits, and compile supporting documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their workplace competencies.
