Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hrs

Location: Leeds, Yorkshire

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our private client, committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.

The successful candidate will work within a 21-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation hospital for males aged 18+, experiencing a range of mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
2. Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families or carers, respecting patient choices and wishes, and acting as the patient's named nurse.
3. Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions and needs.
4. Observe and engage with patients accurately to assess their needs and evaluate their progress.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with an active NMC PIN registration.
