What you will be doing

As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), you will ensure female adults with mental health conditions in this Mental Health service receive high-quality care, support your colleagues, and promote positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, offering routine and variety. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users and maintaining accurate care records

Where you will be working

Location: Chesterfield Road, Shirland, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT

You will work at Field House and Apartments, a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with mental illness and/or personality disorder.

The service offers a blended rehabilitation model combining traditional environments with single and dual occupancy apartments, providing a seamless care pathway for women with trauma and attachment disorders.

There is a strong emphasis on positive risk-taking, fostering self-reliance, trust, and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
