Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking agency RGNs for well established clients based in Blackburn to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in residential, nursing, and dementia care settings.

nurses will assess health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and licensure in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications preferred.
