Job summary

Find Medic is seeking an Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for a UK nursing home. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and liaise with healthcare professionals to support residents' health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate has NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting, and strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with residents and their families.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
• You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
• Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
• You must follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.

Requirements
