Find Medic is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join a UK nursing home team dedicated to delivering high-quality elderly care. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered support, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will assess residents, create care plans, supervise care staff, and ensure accurate documentation while adapting to evolving needs and emergencies on shift.

Formación

• NMC registration as RGN or RMN.
• 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.

Requirements:
