Job summary

AA Euro Group seeks agency RGNs to support well established clients based in Blackburn. The successful candidate will work for the agency on behalf of one of the UK's largest residential, nursing, and dementia care providers.

The role involves assessing health needs, planning care, administering medicines, monitoring patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining records and adhering to infection control protocols. Weekend and evening work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current UK registration/licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
• BLS and ALS certifications preferred.
