Up to £34,250 pro-rata, depending on skills and experience

Role Overview

As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented, and empathetic. You should be registered with the appropriate governing body (including NMC), with post-registration experience. You are a team player passionate about exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
2. Work as the first point of contact, collaborating with professionals to make accurate assessments for patients before surgery.
3. Demonstrate broad knowledge and assessment skills to ensure quality patient care.
4. Support the needs of each patient and their family, offering comfort and reassurance.
5. Build your experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities.
6. Coordinate with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity of care.
