Job Title: Band 5 Staff Nurse - Neurology

Join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, one of the UK's largest healthcare systems, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We serve a population of over 1.15 million locally and 2.2 million regionally and nationally.

Requirements: You must have a live PIN with the NMC UK.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the neurology team at ward 53, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The ward provides a regional service for neurological conditions, offering a 5-day investigatory service with a video telemetry suite for diagnosing seizure activity.

Ward Details

• Bed capacity of 16 beds and 12 treatment chairs for therapies such as NIV, immunoglobulins, and complex drug infusions.
• Facilities include two 5-bed areas, 3 Video Telemetry rooms, 3 single rooms, and a 12-chair day case area.
