Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust on Wirral is seeking motivated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or soon-to-qualify nurses for permanent, full- and part-time roles across Springview, Brackendale, Brooklands, Riverwood, Lakefield and Meadowbank wards. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, person-centred care.

The Trust offers induction, leadership pathways, supervision, and a comprehensive preceptorship for newly qualified staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse or newly qualified.
• Commitment to team working and delivering high standards of care.
• Enthusiasm for mental health nursing and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
• Provide care across Bed-based wards including psychiatric and rehabilitation services.
• Be flexible to rotational 12.5-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.
