Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our 15-bed low secure male inpatient service in Macclesfield. The role offers preceptorship for newly qualified nurses and opportunities for professional development, supervision and leadership pathways.

You will work a rotational shift pattern across days, nights and weekends, with an emphasis on compassionate care and safe practice within a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualificações

• RMN/RNLD with UK professional registration.
• Experience in mental health nursing or willingness to complete preceptorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care on a 15-bed low secure male inpatient unit.
• Support professional development with clinical supervision and appraisal.
• Contribute to training packages, leadership pathways and preceptorship.
