Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Staff Nurse for a 15-bed low secure male inpatient mental health service. The role focuses on caring for men with learning disabilities and requires RMN or RNLD registration.

The post involves rotating 12.5-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, with a preceptorship offered for newly qualified nurses and ongoing professional development opportunities. DBS check will be required and funded by applicant.

Qualifications

• First level mental health nurse qualification.
• Registered with NMC as RMN or RNLD.
• Experience of working with adults with a learning disability.
• Willingness to work 12.5-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing mental health nursing care on a 15-bed low secure male inpatient service.
• Taking charge of the service on occasion.
• Working rotational 12.5-hour shifts over days, nights and weekends.
