As we continue to grow and improve, we are excited to announce that we are looking for registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our team at Charlton Lane Hospital. Charlton Lane is an Acute Mental Health Hospital for older age patients situated in Cheltenham, providing inpatient services to the Gloucestershire population. It offers vital support and rehabilitation for individuals with mild to severe mental health issues. All wards are supported by a multidisciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Ward Secretaries, and Hotel Services Staff. Mulberry Ward is an 18-bed mixed gender acute admission ward.
We are seeking highly motivated and committed Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our current team. The ideal candidate is an RMN eager to make a positive impact, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping those with acute mental health concerns.
We offer a comprehensive induction and Mental Health Nurse development programme, including a Preceptorship Programme for newly registered nurses, to ensure you are fully supported. Additionally, we provide access to Post Registration training courses to support your professional growth.
