We are currently recruiting for registered mental health nurses for a private mental health hospital based in Goddards Green West Sussex.

Shift Patterns

19:30 - 07:30

07:30 - 19:30

Job Requirements

• Previous experience
• Registered NMC Pin
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Restraint Training (PMVA, CPI, etc)
• Immediate Life support training (ILS)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
• Person centred care approach
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that nursing documentation is maintained to the companies standard.
• Under supervision participate in conducting nursing audit to achieve the agreed standards.
• Under the supervision of the management team contribute to and participate in the process of setting goals and bench marking standards of care.
• In conjunction with the staff team contribute to developing and maintaining a ward /department ethos and provide a standard approach to the delivery of excellent nursing care.
• Support patients with their everyday needs
