Opportunity for Experienced Registered Nurses at Salford Care Organisation

The Emergency Department at Salford Care Organisation, part of Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our expanding team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities as we prepare to open the new Greater Manchester Major Trauma Hospital.

The new hospital will enhance trauma services with the latest technologies, supporting the care of patients who have experienced major trauma, such as serious falls or road traffic collisions.

Candidate Requirements

1. Current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse.
2. Proven post-registration experience in high patient turnover environments dealing with associated pressures.
3. RN (Adult)/RGN qualification with a commitment to professional development.
4. Enrollment in a course expecting full NMC PIN within 2-3 months is acceptable.
5. International nurses must have completed all competencies for a full NMC PIN, as applications from those yet to complete the OSCE are not accepted.
